My wife says that the room cleanliness could be better. It would help families if they offered more kid-friendly options during breakfast.

Helpful staff and good views
No air conditioning. Yes the units were there but they did not work at all! Very uncomfortable at night etc. Staff did eventually change us to another room on the cooler side of the building but still very hot. Also felt hotelnwas very expensive for what we got. Rated 4 star but 2 star at best, We were expecting much more considering what we paid etc.

1) View of the city, 2) good location - close to major sights
1) there were no information materials about what to do and see in Jerusalem, 2) took a longer time to find as we were driving and using GPS unit (rented together with car) due to location in East Jerusalem

Panorama offers a magical location with lovely views, especially of the east side. It's just a short walk to gethsemane garden. Breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, paired with a fantastic view from the dining area.

The isolation of the rooma was very poor. The curtains moved een if the windows are closed because of the wind. So it means that you have to use a lot of heating
